What is your calling

Just like the in the Blues Brothers movie with them being called on a mission from God to get the money to the Catholic home, so are we on a mission or an assignment from God; we just need to find out what our gifts or calling is in Him.

Scripture Reference:

Psalm 119:105 (King James Version)
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Who are you really?

Do you feel discouraged, downtrodden, and oppressed? Do you often wonder why you just can't seem to get out of the rut you are in? Then l have GOOD NEWS for you!

Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah” (Psalm 68:19 KJV)

God says in HIS WORD, that HE will daily load us with benefits. We didn't ask HIM to write the Bible, HE wrote it to us HIMSELF. It is HIS letter of love to us. The reason for the difference in what God wants to do for us and what we actually receive is totally up to us!

The Bible includes people from generations ago who have felt just like us, and describes situations very graphically that we can relate to if we take the time to consider its message.

He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill (Psalm 113:7)

Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity. (Psalm 118:25 KJV)

God raises the poor up out of the dust, and you have to be pretty needy to be lifted out of the dunghill!. But God does the lifting, we don't have to lift ourselves up, HE does that!

If you are discouraged, downtrodden, and oppressed you need to start trusting God to lift YOU up out of the dust or dunghill, and to bless you daily with benefits. One way to do that is to quote the relevant scriptures with your name in it; it was written with you in mind and for your need after all. You can also beseech the Lord to send prosperity now!

It is important to remember God didn't oppress you, He's the one who will lift you up out of your oppressive circumstances. But staying out of oppressive circumstances requires effort, and you need to know who you really are in order to receive the daily benefits that have been prepared for you.

Most Christians (people who have made Jesus Christ their personal Lord and Saviour) make the mistake of continuing to think in the same worldly terms that they did before they were saved, even though they have an awareness of the internal changes that are taking place. This is not right, as we are meant to change from 'glory to glory'.

Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. (Isaiah 43:19 KJV)

God says HE will do a new thing NOW! He will even make a way in the wilderness for you, and provide a river in the desert. But for God to do this, YOU need to participate; so ask yourself - are YOU willing to do something new? You are the one that needs to change.

To begin with, God will always deal with the pollution from worldly thinking. For example, it is not okay to be lying on your resume because you think it will help you get that job, or to keep the money from change that has been incorrectly given to you. This is YOUR side of the relationship, and you need to do what you can to bring honour to HIS Name. YOU are HIS representative in the earth. You need to behave like one. Obedience in these areas activate the blessing. Remember it took at while to get into the desert or wilderness, but GOD will lead you out via the shortest distance, AND provide for your needs along the way

I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. (Psalm 27:13 KJV)

But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1Corinthians 15:57 KJV)

God has done all He can do. YOU need to show the world who you really are in Christ.

May God bless and protect you and keep you safe til the day of your salvation, and forevermore. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Prophecy to Rejoice in these last days!

If you will obey this Word, says the Lord, I am prepared with legions of Angels on your behalf. Come to me, draw on my Word in every circumstance and situation, for I have laid a path before you for what I’m about to do and have desired to do for you. I am about to raise my people to do accomplish great things in these last days, and you will be powerful nation in this Earth. Be glad, as Satan is already defeated, and was defeated at the Cross. Rejoice! Rejoice! I am Lord, and you will receive from Me and bask in my Glory and Grace forever more, says the Spirit of the living God.

The Cornerstone of Rejection

Have you ever felt rejected, or that you didn't belong? Then you are not alone! You have a wonderful position in which you have been invited to join through Christ.

Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.” (1 Peter 2:6 KJV)

All believers are entitled to the privilege or blessing of not being confounded (or ashamed), and this is certainly true always for salvation. It is also true for other areas of the Christian life.

Scripture teaches us that Jesus Himself was rejected, and that Jesus was aware of the purpose of His rejection

Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner (Matthew 21:42 KJV)

Jesus is the head or chief cornerstone of the body of Christ, but he suffered rejection from his generation. That is a massive rejection! But Jesus suffered that rejection so that the believer would become a “fellow citizen … of the household of God”

But first must he suffer many things, and be rejected of this generation” (Luke 17:25 KJV)

Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:(Ephesians 2:19-21 KJV)

Jesus knew the cost of rejection, and He also knew its reward. Everyone who believes in Jesus Christ as their own personal Lord and Saviour is no longer a stranger or foreigner to God. They too have become a building stone, upon which others can be saved. This includes rejection and separation from key relationships with family members such as a father and son, mother and daughter, brother and sister, husband and wife, and so on.

There are also many other benefits to the believer – freedom from fear, sickness and disease, hopelessness and despair, debt, and unmet desires of your heart to name a few.

Scripture tells us to put our trust in the Lord and rejoice, because God will defend us.

But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.(Psalm 5:11 KJV

So the question is - what are you believing for? One starting point to activate the promises of God for yourself, is to find the Scripture that is relevant to your desire or need, and personalise it, for the Word of God is a lamp to your pathway and feet. (Psalm 119:105).

Then whatever the circumstances, trust and rejoice! God promises you will not be confounded! Let your rejection become the foundation for your victory.

May God bless and protect you and keep you safe til the day of your salvation, and forevermore. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Prophetic word concerning an end-time financial anointing

Over the past couple of months, God has given me specific insight and instructions concerning an end-time financial anointing that He is releasing upon the Church in these last days. One of the biggest yokes of bondage in the Body of Christ is the bondage of debt, as Satan tries to prohibit the word from growing into manifestation so that we lose insight into what God has done, and what He is going to do. This will either be a time of great sorrow or great joy, and it's our choice.

Just as the Lord spoke to Elijah, giving him specific instructions and direction concerning the 3 year famine upon the nation of Israel and its surrounding borders (1 Kings 17) , so will God give us provision and supernatural power in this end-time event. We as Christians need to HOLD ON TO THE WORD! Instead of fixing our eyes on the immensity of our problems and man's limited resources, we need to fix our eyes on God and what He can provide.

The prophecy below is concerning the financial crisis:

"We will experience a worldwide economic upheaval resulting in the collapse of our monetary system. This economic crash will come suddenly, sending shockwaves throughout the world. It will be the opening of the establishment of a new one-world monetary system under a new one-world government.

When this worldwide economic disaster hits, it will be unlike anything we have ever experienced. The world will be thrown into a state of shock. Panic and fear will grip the hearts of the people everywhere. They will be confused, not knowing what to do or where to go.

During this time, the people of God will be clearly distinguished from the world by God's supernatural provision in their lives. It will not be the absence of problems and adversity among God's people that will be a witness to the world, but in the midst of this financial crisis the world will see God's strong arm of provision for His people."

God has given us a powerful key that will enable us to face every financial problem, every circumstance and every crisis that Satan throws at us with a total absence of fear and worry.

Uproot Unforgiveness

Are you quick to forgive someone who has wronged you? Can you move forward without ever revisiting the past? If you can look past another's faults and shortcomings, surely you can do the same for yourself. Often when we have missed the mark, we forget that the same forgiveness we afford others is available to us as well (Ephesians 4:31). God wants to forgive you the same way He would any other person who would earnestly seeks His face. He doesn't want you to condemn yourself and revisit the mistake or sin ever again.

Colossians 3:12-13

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.

1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

What happened at the Resurrection

The Resurrection of Jesus was the greatest event that ever took place, either in the sense realm or the spiritual realm. Satan is defeated, and Jesus has taken back the authority that was once on Adam, and has given it to mankind to be used in the earth just as God intended.

His last cry on the Cross was "My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken me" (Matthew 27:46). Jesus took on sin by faith just as we accept His righteousness by faith. We as Christians need to take on the Holy Spirit's account of what happened at the crucifixion as Matthew, Mark, Luke and John only give us part of what happened, as they only seen in part at the time.

Jesus bore it ALL!, ALL sickness, ALL disease, and went to Hell and paid the price in full for the remission of our sins. The Lord over sin, sickness and death. He died as Jesus, the Lamb. He arose as the Lord High Priest. He conquered death and the grave. In the book of Isaiah you can see the weightage of the curse that was upon Him, and how His visage was visible in the sense realm. For this to occur, it had to be happening in His spirit first for it to be visible in the natural realm. Isaiah 52:14. Just as there were many who were appalled at him his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man and his form marred beyond human likeness

1 Corthinthians 2:9 "What eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." God never intended for anyone, or anything to ever die; so He paid the price for our sins once and for ALL. I believe that this scripture is referring to not knowing, or having the mindset of what God really intended for mankind in the beginning. Now that Jesus is raised from the dead, we now have the mind of Christ and must follow the directions/plans He has for us.

After the crucifiction had taken place, Jesus was raised from the dead and is about to take His own blood, as the High Priest, into the Heavenly Holy of Holies, to make the eternal redemption. The resurrection  of the Lord Jesus let love loose, which is compassion Himself!

May God bless and protect you and keep you safe til the day of your salvation, and forevermore. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

God wants to BLESS man

Given us the 10 commandments, and a foundation to live our lives by. The 10 commandments are spiritual laws that bring blessing to those who follow them whether they are believers or not. God wants to protect all of mankind!

Sent us a Saviour so that through believing on the Lord Jesus Christ mankind can be saved and experience the reality of eternal salvation. God promises to reveal Himself to those who genuinely cry out to HIM.

Provided for those who accept Jesus Christ as their own personal Lord and Saviour through believing in His Word - the benefits include health, healing, protection, giving us the desires of our heart, and much much more.

Another way that a Christian is blessed is through the tithe.

- The purpose of the tithe is related to God's promise
- God promises to rebuke the devourer for the tither's sake

"Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it." (Malachi 3:10)

"And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes" (Malachi 3:11)

The tithe itself is giving 10% of what you have, usually in the form of income, to God for His Plans and Purposes. Not giving the tithe activates a curse.

"Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation" (Malachi 3:8, 9).

Many Christians give 10% of their income. Christians giving 10% of their income are responsible in their relationship with God, through Jesus Christ, to follow the inward witness about where to give their tithe. If the tithe is not given where God is directing it to go, then it is not the tithe.

The tithe is to be given to apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. "And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers" (Ephesians 4:11)

As Christians, when we support ministries that God does not want us to support, we are not listening to the inward witness and therefore not following God's Plan for the Body of Christ.

The tithe is just one of many ways God reveals another facet of His Love to His people. When God asks us to give to Him, it is so that He can bless US! God is a giver, beginning with giving Jesus Christ His Son. When God asks us to tithe, it is designed to activate a higher level of blessing!

May God bless and protect you and keep you safe til the day of your salvation, and forevermore. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Paganism satan’s deceptive false hope

Paganism is one of Satan's deceptive false hopes to kill, steal, and destroy people; and it turn mankind

God forbids witchcraft for Christians because it is a act of sin which brings death; and God is against death. There are many forms of witchcraft, and they are mentioned in (Leviticous 19:26).

If you read the Old Testament you'll find teachings against the Pagan religion, and practices can be found in Deuteronomy, Chapter 18, and Samuel, Chapter 15. God again, in the New Testament tells us the consequences of practicing witchcraft and sorcery. Galatians (5: 19-21) Now the doings (practices) of the flesh are clear (obvious): they are immorality, impurity, indecency, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, anger (ill temper), selfishness, divisions (dissensions), party spirit (factions, sects with peculiar opinions, heresies), envy, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you beforehand, just as I did previously, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Today there is a true religious movement in the form of Paganism. The Pagan religion and some of the practices today can be found and dated back to the Old Testament. These are the very religions that God spoke to His people about regarding Israel, and what Jesus Christ spoke against.

If you do an Internet search you will find alot on the Pagan religion, and what is involved. Some of the things involved are casting of spells to improve ones health, wealth and ones love life in the form of fornication and pre-marital relations. These are acts of provision for the flesh involving rituals and natural products such as herbs and plants.

Other beliefs include:

- The Pagan seasonal cycle (Almost all Pagans celebrate a cycle of 8 festivals spaced throughout the Year).

- Nature (This is the heart of their belief - They believe at being one with nature and its cycles).

- Concepts of the Divine and Pagan Theology.

As Christians, we need to reflect on our daily life and see if some of the traditions and practices we have adopted are from Pagan origins. The media bombards us with movies such as "Harry Potter", "The Grudge" and "The Ring", which have Pagan practices. As Christians, we need to stop Satan in His tracks with the Word of God, instead of just allowing Satan to influence our lives and our walk with Christ.

May God bless and protect you and keep you safe til the day of your salvation, and forevermore. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

God’s Dream for you

Do you know that God wants to reveal Himself to you? It's in the Bible, in black and white for those who will dare to believe it, in I Kings 8:41-43 (KJV) and this is what it says:

v.41 "Moreover concerning a stranger, (that's anyone who doesn't know God), that is not of thy people Israel, but cometh out of a far country for thy name's sake v.42 For they shall hear of thy great name, and of thy strong hand, and of thy stretched out arm; when he shall come and pray toward this house v.43 "Hear thou in heaven thy dwelling place, and do all that the stranger calleth to thee for..."

It's a cry from the heart, not the head. You can't sit down over a cuppa and say I want to win tatts lotto - it's deeper than that, it's in your heart. And God promises that He will do EVERYTHING that a stranger asks him to! Isn't that just awesome!

Please let me tell you a little about God. The Hebrew and Greek languages are numerical as well as alphabetical, and this has enabled coding in the Bible. For instance, in the book of Exodus the words TORAH are spelt out at regular intervals. Although some people knew that it was there, it wasn't until Ivan Panin, (a mathematician, who originally set out to prove the Bible was wrong) became involved that the first documentation of the code began, but this was only apparent on one level. It was until the event of computers that the complexity of the code began to be unravelled, proving that man outside God's help could not have written the Bible in its current form.

The Ten Commandments are set down as a law of love - they are protection to the individual, the family, community and nation - if followed they bring blessing. They are actually spiritual laws at work in the whole earth, but like the law of gravity, you can't see it, just its effect. People who break these laws pay a price for violating them that simply isn't worth it. (E.g. see Zechariah 5:3 & 4 (KJV)) re: what happens to the thief. It's not that God doesn't want that person to have it - He want to and will give people the desires of their heart, but they need to seek Him, and do it His way.

"Signs in the Heavens", a book available through Marilyn Hickey Ministries outlines the star signs proclamation of the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, beginning at Virgo. It's a big deception that we can know our future through them, and what is the point of knowing something if you can't change it. God has provided for out future in His Word - WE determine our future by what we believe, what we receive, and our walk with Christ. There are two types of futures - one here on the earth and one for eternity. God has made provision for both. We choose, not the star signs. It's just that most people, even Christians, don't know how to bring the future they want to pass, or if they do know, they are not diligent to continue in the things they do know.

Your life is like a coin. You can spend it any way you want to, but you can only spend it once. Your authority for eternity is while in the body (which is why Jesus was made flesh). The choice you make now determines your eternal destiny. God's dream is for you to spend eternity with Him and it's as simple as making Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour. Won't you please make God's dream come true for you? If you can't yet believe that, ask God to reveal Himself to you; He wants to, but you need to ask. May God bless and protect you and keep you safe til the day of your salvation, and forevermore. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
